A NEW ERA IN TECH, FOR KENYA

1 Mins read

Times are changing and we are now in the era of technology (tech). Tech has created so many high paying job opportunities for youths and other unemployed individuals. Such individuals have been nicknamed “tech Bros”. Examples of career paths in tech are coding, systems engineering, UIUX, data analytics and so much more.

So many people in different African countries have gone out of their way to learn tech. In Kenya, you no longer need to go out of your way to be a “tech bro”. Because Kenya has become the first African country to add coding to the schools curriculum.

It’s amazing to see their seriousness about youth empowerment and development. Kenya now teaches coding as a subject in schools. They sure do deserve some accolades.
