South Africa bans kissing on TV Amid Coronavirus Pandemic

In a bid to combat the spread of Coronavirus in South Africa, Government have banned the act of kissing on South African TV. Kissing or any facial intimacy in any performance won’t be allowed on South African TV.

You may recall that the Country’s film and TV industry were given go-ahead by the government to resume production following a month-long suspension.

Since President Cyril Ramaphosa announced he would be slowly re-opening the economy, quite a number of industries have reopened, in what is known to be level four of the lockdown. Those industries are still required to adhere strictly to the lockdown rules and regulations.
