Ever since Nigerian music sensation, Simisola “Simi” Ogunleye had her break to limelight in the Nigerian music industry in 2014 with ‘Tiff’, Simi has continued to dish out hit upon hit every year; from ‘’Jamb Question’’ & ‘’Joromi’’ to ‘’Owambe’’ & ‘Mind Your Business’’.

Her latest single, ‘Duduke’ has been a massive hit ever since the release, and is arguably one of the most played and trending songs in Africa at the moment, topping the charts on every DSP and making radio station rounds. You’d agree that Simi has paid her dues and truly deserves the top spot she is currently sitting on.

Aside from being on the lips of music lovers currently, Simi’s Duduke has catapulted the singer into the top 10 on Apple Music, Spotify and Audiomack making her the only woman to record that feat in the last 30 days despite the coronavirus pandemic. Every groovy playlist and radio DJs’ playlist in mother Africa now has Simi coming out tops in the list and you can’t take away the fact that she’s worked so hard to carve a niche for herself and has also gained a massive fan base and cult following.
