Nigeria’s thriving film industry Nollywood is gearing up for the release of an electrifying movie set to keep audiences on the edge of their seats. ‘Out of Breath,’ is the upcoming movie directed by Obi Emelonye and it promises to deliver heart-stopping suspense and unexpected twists. The director is known for his 2012 disaster thriller ‘Last Flight To Abuja,’ and other movies like ‘Mirror Boy,’ ‘Money Miss Road,’ and ‘Badamasi.’
He released the film’s trailer on Sunday, March 24, 2024, to celebrate his 57th birthday, and he captioned it thus: “I have planted another legacy tree by cooking something in Igbo.” The upcoming movie features a stellar cast consisting of Nollywood veteran Kanayo O. Kanayo, Jidekene Ashufusi, Chidi Mokeme, Queen Nwokoye and others. The release date for the movie is yet to be announced.
