COVID 19 VACCINATION ACROSS NIGERIA

There has been a COVID19 vaccination campaign going on all over Nigeria. The goal of the campaign is to bring the vaccination to the primary health care centers in grassroot areas. So far, millions of Nigerians have been vaccinated. 

The states with the highest number of vaccinated people are Nasarawa, Jigawa, Kano, Kaduna and Osun states. Over 50% of eligible people in Kaduna and Osun are at least partially vaccinated against COVID 19. 

In total, as at 9th of August, 2022, 28,019,194 people have been fully vaccinated which is 25.1% of Nigerians. And 11,809,326 people have been partially vaccinated (meaning they have taken only one dose), which is 10.6% of the Nigerian population.
