Afrobeats artists Ayra Starr, Tiwa Savage, Patoranking, Rema and others have taken the Afrobeats gospel international as they feature on Bob Marley’s new album. To celebrate Bob Marley’s immortality, a posthumous album ‘Africa Unite’ has been released to commemorate the legendary dancehall artist.
The album which celebrates the fusion between Raggae and Afrobeats was released on different music streaming apps on Friday, August 4, 2023. The ten-track album showcases the impact of Bob Marley’s music, and an amazing lineup was put together to give renditions of the musician’s classics. Other African artists on the album are ‘Stonebwoy,’ ‘Ami Faku,’ ‘Sarkodie,’ ‘Teni,’ and ‘Oxlade.’
