OMENKA GALLERY
The Omenka art gallery is owned by Oliver Enwonu and it is located within his home in Lagos. The gallery was founded in 2003 and it showcases the works of rookies and established artists. The art works mostly displayed are outputs that represent and resonate with Africa, and Africans (home and in the diaspora).
The gallery represents artists like Ben Enwonwu, Abass Kelani, Cedric Nunn, Dominique Zinkpè, Ima Mfon and so on.
RELE GALLERY
The ReLe gallery is located in Onikan, Lagos, Nigeria and in Los Angeles, USA. It is a contemporary art gallery that was found to bridge the gap between the African and international art worlds.
ReLe Gallery’s roster includes Ameh Egwuh, Marcellina Akpojotor, Chidinma Nnoli and David Otaru.
NIKE ART GALLERY
Nike Art Gallery is the most popular gallery in Lagos. It was established in 2009 by Nike Davies Okundaye who is an artist and a designer. The gallery promotes the growth and development of Art in Africa. It has branches in Abuja, Oshogbo, and Ogidi. They also host classes on traditional practices such as African drumming and dancing, sculpting, painting, tie and dye and so on.
It’s located at Lekki and represents over 500 artists.
