Victony Set to Release New Album ‘Stubborn’ 

Nigerian artist Victony has shared the tracklist of his upcoming album, Stubborn, set to be released on Friday, June 21, 2024.

The album boasts an impressive array of collaborations with notable artistes such as Asake, Shallipopi, Saint Jhn, and more.

Victony’s music is a unique blend of Afrobeats, Afro-pop, and R&B, characterized by his sensational lyrics and ability to convey a range of emotions. 

His signature style is sleek and cool, and his fans are eagerly awaiting the release of ‘Stubborn’ to see the direction he takes musically this time around.

Some of Victony’s popular tracks include ‘Soweto‘ featuring Tempoe, ‘Jolene‘ with Kitzo, and ‘OHEMA‘ featuring Crayon and Bella Shmurda. 

He has an impressive monthly listener count of seven million on Spotify, with ‘Soweto’ featuring Don Toliver, Rema, and Tempoe being his most listened track.

Victony, born Anthony Ebuka Victor, is a singer, songwriter, and rapper signed to Nigerian entertainment labels Mainland BlockParty and Jungle Records. 

He has won the Headies Award for Best Recording of the Year and the Award for Viewer’s Choice.

Stubborn” promises to be a standout addition to Victony’s discography. 

Victony is also set to embark on a North American tour in August, kicking off in Boston on August 6 and wrapping up in Los Angeles on August 23 according to his schedule.
