The Recording Academy revealed the nominees for the 67th Grammy Awards, slated for 2 February 2025 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, USA. African artistes made notable appearances across three key categories: Best Global Music Album, Best Global Music Performance, and Best African Music Performance. The nominees hail from Nigeria, Benin, Ghana, and South Africa. Leading the charge for Africa is Tems from Nigeria, who has received three nominations – Best African Music Performance for ‘Love Me JeJe’, Best Global Music Album for Born in the Wild, and Best R&B Song for ‘Burning’.
