Photography is life and life without photography with memories of people is boring. It’s an art that allows documentation of every phase of our lives; from childhood to adulthood. At the moment, the new breed of African photographers are living their dreams, one shutter at a time. In Africa, there are new breed of photographers changing the African narrative and giving the people of Africa a mainstream voice, representing a modern continent that is looking forward in its principles and ideals. Things have changed drastically since Malick Sidibé first gave us his unique portraits in the 1970s of local Malians wearing bell bottoms and boubous.
