Afrobeats legend Olarenwaju ‘Sound Sultan’ Fasasi released his posthumous EP on Thursday, September 1, 2022. Sound Sultan’s family released the EP the artiste was working on before his death last year. After a long battle with Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma in the throat, the music industry lost Sound Sultan on July 11, 2021.
The EP ‘Reality CHQ’ focuses on society’s ills and portrays him calling for a better community. The musician is known for using music to speak against corruption, poverty, and other societal ills. The legendary musician is still an activist, even in death. The five-track album released under Naija Ninjas features artistes like 2Baba, Bella Shmurda, and Zlatan.
