Ric Hassani Releases New Album ‘Lagos Lover Boy’

Ric Hasanni, the Nigerian singer, has put out his new album titled ‘Lagos Lover Boy’.

The body of work was released across all streaming platforms in the early hours of Friday.

Hasanni also expressed excitement over the album’s release in a recent Instagram post.

“It’s finally out, so much hardwork we all put into this,” he said.

Songs on the project include: ‘Intro (Lover Boy)’, ‘Wickedness’, ‘Moving Train’, ‘Love Of My Life’, ‘You Too Lie’, ‘Moving On’, ‘Adanma, Asanwa, Asampete’, ‘Moving On’ and ‘Falling’.

Others are ‘Holy Matrimony’, ‘My Cherry’, ‘4X2X16’, ‘Island Boy’, ‘Island Boy (Interlude)’, ‘Canopy’, ‘Sise Mi’, ‘Obara Jesus’, ‘Best Of Me’, ‘Love and Romance’, ‘Lagos Lover Pledge’, ‘For You’ and ‘Tuale’.

On ‘Lagos Lover Boy’, Ric Hasanni features an array of artistes such as Phyno, Odumodublvck, Portable, Ne-Yo, Joeboy, Nonso Amadi, DOTTi The Diety, Tolibian and Sage Baba.

Hassani is a renowned for his musical prowess. His works have earned him numerous awards and nominations.

He was nominated in three categories at 2016 All Africa Music Awards and received two nominations at The Headies 2016, including Best Alternative Song for his track ‘Gentleman’.

The singer has also released several successful projects, including ‘The African Gentleman’, ‘The Prince I Became’, ‘The Prince I Became (Deluxe)’, and ‘Afro Love’ in 2023.
