Nigerian Idol Season 10 Premieres April 20

Nigeria’s leading music talent show, Nigerian Idol, is set to return for its milestone 10th season on April 20, 2025, with the theme: “Your Voice, Your Victory.”

This season promises an electrifying showcase of raw talent, unforgettable performances, and fierce competition as contestants battle for the ultimate prize.

The judging panel this year brings a dynamic mix of experience and fresh perspectives. Returning are powerhouse vocalist Omawumi and soulful singer-songwriter Ric Hassani, while award-winning artist Iyanya joins for the first time, bringing insights from his own journey from talent-show hopeful to music star.

Seasoned host IK Osakioduwa is back to guide audiences through the competition with his signature charm and charisma.

Speaking in Lagos about this landmark season, Dr. Busola Tejumola, Executive Head of Content and Channels at MultiChoice West Africa, highlighted the show’s transformative impact.
