British rapper, singer and songwriter Stefflon Don has released another summer anthem titled “Hit Me Up”.
The new song is the first on the #DonDropWednesdays series which sees the rapper unleash a new song every Wednesday for the next five weeks.

Inspired by her Jamaican roots and Soca music, the MOBO and NME award winner delivers the song with bright melodies, creating a contrast with her tragic subject matter. Taking a look back at the disintegration of their relationship, the 27-year-old singer recalls the phase when their communication was constant and simply asks to clarify whether she should move on or continue waiting for him to make a move.
