Nigerian singer and songwriter Iyanya has finally released his highly anticipated song ‘Sinner.’ The singer collaborated with Afrobeats singer BNXN formerly known as Buju on the song, and it was released on different music streaming apps on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. The song was released after a lot of PR by Iyanya, and it seems to have paid off as the song is steadily moving up the charts.
‘Sinner’ is Iyanya’s first single of the year and the singer showcased his lyrical prowess on the sensual tune. BNXN also took to his Twitter account to state some facts about the song. The singer wrote:
“I sang in my native language (Ibibio) for the first time on this record with Iyanya”
