Gabiro Mtu Necessary’s album considered for the Grammys

The Kenyan musician Mtu Necessary has secured a win for his music career after news of his debut album being considered for the Grammys hit the internet. Mtu Necessary is the first Kenyan artiste to have his work considered for an award at the Grammys. The singer’s debut album has been considered for the 65th Grammy awards.

Mtu has shown his musical prowess in the projects he has released, and this has earned him a huge following in Kenya. The singer recently celebrated surpassing two million streams across music-streaming platforms before getting a nomination at the Grammys. This will be the second time Mtu will be nominated, his first nomination was in 2021 when his three-track EP ‘Jenesis’ was nominated for Best Global Music Album.
