Nigerian street pop superstar Bella Shmurda has released his anticipated debut album ‘Hypertension.’ The superstar dropped the masterpiece on different music streaming apps on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. He also dropped a visualizer for ‘Contraband’ which is one of the songs off the album. The singer has earlier released songs off the album which did well on the charts. The songs released prior to the album’s release are ‘New Born Fela’ and ‘Philo’ featuring Omah Lay.
The fifteen-track album features artistes like ‘Simi,’ ‘Popcaan,’ ‘Omah Lay,’ ‘Phyno,’ ‘Not3,’ ‘L.A.X,’ and ‘Victony.’ The album explores Bella’s career growth, love life and evolution of his sound. The artiste is known for his unique Afrobeats style with a touch of street pop.
