Guateng Covid-19 Hero Dies In Active Service

Professor Anton Stoltz, an expert of infectious disease of the Ekurhuleni and Tshwane District Health Services department in Guateng is dead. Stoltz had his last breath on Wednesday evening following series of complications from surgeries as confirmed by the University of Pretoria, Guateng. The professor had an excellent record with the fight against CoronaVirus as all 19 patients registered under his name all recovered and discharged as reported by the Ekurhuleni and Tshwane District Health Services, a department he worked for until his death. Messages of goodwill have been pouring in numbers since his death as all spoke well of his hard work during his lifetime.

KwaZulu-Natal: Teenager, woman arrested for alleged kidnap of a 4-day old baby boy

In KwaZulu, a teenager and a woman have been arrested for allegedly kidnapping a 4-day-old boy in Umzimkhulu who has been rescued in KwaZulu-Natal .  Report gathered says the four days old infant was whisked away from the mother by a 17-year-old girl and a 20-year-old woman who offered the mother a lift from hospital to her home. However, Police spokesperson, Captain Nqobile Gwala, revealed that the pair had befriended the mother on Monday when she was discharged from hospital in Umzimkhulu after giving birth to a baby boy. "An intensive investigation led the team of investigating officers to Mfulamahle Location where the two females and baby were found. The suspects were immediately arrested." Gwala, hinted that the baby was taken to hospital for a medical check-up.

Mory Kanté, African music Icon dies at 70

Veteran African music star, Mory Kanté, who played a significant role in championing the cause of African music to the mainstream market with hits such as Yéké Yéké has passed on. Mory Kanté died, according to reports, at the Hospital in the early hours of Friday 22 May, 2020 in Conakry, Guinea at the age of 70.
