Rwanda’s Ex Politician Ladislas Ntaganzwa Convicted for Role in Rwandan Genocide

Rwanda’s Ex politician and mayor, Ladislas Ntaganzwa has been sentenced to life imprisonment for plotting and ordering the killings of thousands of Tutsis during Rwanda’s 1994 genocide. Ntaganzwa’s imprisonment is linked to his role in the infamous Rwandan genocide. According to reports,the ex-mayor of Nyakizu has been sentenced to life for plotting and ordering the killing of more than 25 000 Tutsis in what remains one of the darkest times in the country's history close to three decades later. It would be recalled that Ntaganzwa was initially indicted by the Tanzania-based International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda two years after the genocide, on charges of direct and public incitement to commit genocide, murder and rape. However, after the tribunal closed, the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, with offices in Arusha and The Hague, Netherlands, took over the case.

Apple Music set to Begin New Show to Showcase ‘The Latest African Sounds’

Apple Music is set to launch a new show focused on African music and is billed to be hosted by Nigerian Celebrity DJ and curator, DJ Cuppy. Chinese Government Might Spy On Africa Through Government Buildings
