Five-time Grammy Award winner Angélique Kidjo has just released her latest single, “Joy”, featuring Nigerian superstar Davido.
In “Joy”, Kidjo and Davido take listeners on a powerful journey from despair to hope, embracing the strength to rise above challenges and find light in the darkest moments.
As the title suggests, “Joy” is a celebration of finding happiness and strength even in the face of adversity.
This marks the second collaboration between Davido and Kidjo, following their work on “Na Money” from Davido’s album “Timeless”, also featuring The Cavemen.
As Kidjo shared, “We hope this song can bring the world together for a moment of JOY!” With its infectious beat produced by Oluwaseyi “Shizzi” Akerele.
