The MOBO Awards is set to hold its annual awards ceremony and has released the official nomination list for the upcoming ceremony. The MOBO Awards are an annual British music ceremony honouring the achievements of music of black origin, including hip hop, grime, UK Drill, R&B, soul, reggae, jazz, gospel, and African music. 

The upcoming event is scheduled for February 7, 2024, at Utilita Arena Sheffield in Sheffield, United Kingdom. One of the highlights is the nomination of some African artists, and they are as follows:

• Nigerian artists like Burna Boy, Wizkid, Adekunle Gold, Davido, Ayra Starr, Asake, and Rema, South African artists Uncle Waffles and Tyla, and Cameroonian singer Labianca were nominated for the Best African Music Act category.
• Nigerian gospel singer Limoblaze was nominated in the Best Gospel Act category. 
• Nigerian producer P2J was nominated under the Best Producer category.
