Johnny Drille drops snippet of new song

Nigerian RnB singer Johnny Drille has released a snippet of his upcoming song featuring Nigerian rapper Phyno. The singer took to his social media account to post a video of himself singing the melodious tune he has worked on with Phyno. The song ‘Lover,’ is scheduled to drop on different music streaming apps on Thursday, October 27, 2022.

The song is an RnB tune with a distinct folklore style eminent in most of Johnny’s songs. ‘Lover’ is a follow-up of Johnny’s latest song ‘How Are You.’ The song ‘How Are You’ was released on October 12, 2022, and features legendary producer Don Jazzy. The song introduced Johnny to a new audience when it when viral on social media. ‘How Are You’ is now number twenty on Apple Music Top 100 Nigeria. It is Johnny’s first top twenty.
